The PTO has announced Fall roadshows to explain the final rules implementing the provisions of the America Invents Act (AIA) that take effect on September 16, 2012.
Although all seven roadshows are scheduled in September 2012, five are schedule after September 16, 2012. Doesn't the PTO want us to know before it takes effect? Well you can't depend on such events alone anyway. I am not certain of the PTO's plans, but I hope the roadshow information is posted on the PTO web site and/or distributed as a webinar.
